Details I need are the date, times, venue and the sort of live music you would like. I will then send a quote and when that's agreed I will forward a short contract to confirm the details for your approval. If you're not sure of anything give me your best guess and we can confirm nearer the date.
How much does it cost?
Please contact me for a quote. The cost depends on the distance travelled, when we can set up, how long we play for, how late we finish and any original requests where written music isn't easily available.
Do you do requests?
If there is a song that you would really like to have played then just let me know at the time of booking. I can usually arrange almost any music for guitar if you have an original suggestion.
Will amplified music be loud?
We aim to play for your guests to appreciate the music as well as hear themselves talk. As the client you are always in charge of the volume so please don't hesitate to ask if the volume isn't right for you
Do you bring all your own equipment?
Yes, we bring all the instruments and amplification. We just need a standard domestic 13Amp power supply.
How long do you play for?
Typically two sets of 45-60 minutes with short breaks, but we can easily adapt for live events if you need a few ad-lib breaks for speeches etc., We can provide pre-recorded background music in any breaks if needed.
Will you play outside?
Generally this is fine as long as we’re protected from any adverse weather (including hot sun) - a small gazebo, awning or parsols are usually fine.
How far will you travel?
I'm based in Bath in the West Country and will usually travel up to around 100 miles. The further we have to travel the more we will charge.
We're having a Spanish Party, do you mind wearing a sombrero?
No, I like having fun and parties too!
Are you insured?
Yes I have Public Liability Insurance and any electrical equipment will be certified to PAT (portable appliance testing) regulations.
